I have located a genuine kurz bolt body, I was talking with a 'smith who specializes in shotguns (whom one normally wouldn't have thought of asking about rifles) and he allowed that he had one in his spare parts box.

He only lives 2 hours drive from me and I have been scouring the whole bloody world !!
