One is a hammer gun and the other "isn't"

These were part of my late Army colonel father's weapon collection.

I can't find anything on the web about Ecker, but these are very nice and I'd appreciate any information you could give me, but here are some very detailed shots I took of the guns and the proof marks, etc.

Double Guns

I'd really appreciate your time to look at these as I am at a complete loss. Dad's Luger, Mauser, Walther and Colt Peacemaker were MUCH EASIER to IDENTIFY! These two are a puzzle.
