Has nothing to do with the BATF. You should report it stolen to the nearest police and make sure they enter the information into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). You also need to report it stolen so you can get a case number for your taxes.

If the gun is run anywhere by a LEO it will pop up on NCIC. That's assuming on my part that it has a serial number.
