Chuck , the break was on the top between the tang and left lock . It's now back togeather , but I will use a 6-32 allen head set screw [ no head ] to re-enforce and a little acraglas with dye to hide it . My good friend fixed a lifter Parker he just bought - took the stock off and it was in five pieces . After degreasing he added a lot of super-glue to strenghten the wood , agraglas the parts togeather , and used 6-32 set screws acraglased in and acraglas on top to hide them . Because mine wasn't oil soaked , I used Titebond 2 for a glue . It's what we use when laminating recurve or longbows togeather. Paul
