If you elect to send it out, Art's does excellent work. They put a rib back on a 20 for a friend that had the rib shot completely off [solder melted] in a hot corner in S. America. It ran aprox $400 at the time, but you could not tell it from new when it was returned and the repair time was very reasonable considering they had to receive it, inspect it, call my friend with their estimate, do the work & return it to him, all in < a month for the whole.
