Love those J-frame Smiths! (Altho that .32 is probably really an "I" frame, isn't it?). I also like both those ctgs. a lot; the .32 is a great small game killer when loaded with wadcutters. The Fiocchi .32 wadcutters are loaded to work European auto target pistols and seem a little hotter than the US factory load. They kill pests very well.

The .38 S&W just seems to hang in there. At in-home self-defense ranges, it is probably as good as most, if you can find or make "New Police" or "Super Police" bullets or wadcutters for it. I still remember the WHOP that my mother's "Lemon Squeezer" made when we used it to slaughter steers. Like the world's largest staple gun!
