I got this pair along with a 1957 4 screw K-22 just today. I first saw the square holes on the back of the unmarked side and I thought maybe I got lucky and they're Ropers but the checkering looked a bit coarse. Turns out they are stamped Herrett's inside the other half but they were handmade, you can see the chisel marks on the top.






My problem lies in reconciling my gross habits with my net income.
