I recently bought some vintage rifle ammo and before I closed the deal I asked the seller if he had anything else "interesting". He had 47 vintage roll crimped paper Crown/Dominion 10 gauge Black Powder Shells loaded with #6 shot that I got a great deal on. I was pretty confident that the powder was viable but had concerns about the old style primers. I took the W&C Scott out to give em a go and boy did they belch smoke! Most fun in a long time.
My questions now are: Can these be reloaded? and: Are these too collectible to use up given that I have other sources for shootable ammo?
