Back around in May I was asking you about a Rizzini over and under shotgun I was planning on buying that was imported by an Indian tribe out of Washington state. They named the line of shotguns Cortona. I ended up buying a Sporting Clays model that was originally priced at $3,000 for $1200. Actually, it worked out to be $600. I had paid them $600 and about a month ago I called them and told them I needed to finish paying it. They said no as they were going to send it to me. They were no longer importing them. I supplied them with the name of a dealer in Northern Virginia and about a month ago I picked it up. The gun has wide ventilated rib with what looks like a day glo front sight. The barrels are ported and matte finished. The action is very shallow and utilize the barrel selector as found on the Berettas. The wood looks like Turkish walnut and has a nice tight grain that runs through the pistol grip. It has an adjustable comb stock and the checkering has no runovers. It came with screw in chokes and a fitted plastic carrying case. I will have to wait until the weather gets better to try it on the trap line, but I think I did real good. Talk about a Christmas present. Now all I have to do is to take some pictures and download on to here.
