tim, I've got a great imagination as well, but.. Those are the Crazy Mts., May 2010, made the x-sticks from 5/8" dowels, the field is emerging winter wheat, the scope is a Parsons made from NOS Lyman 5A parts, the shooter is my MicroSoft engineer buddy (who did a conference call during a lull) and the gophers were actually in the field beyond. A similar pic graced the August cover of Precision Shooting last year.

Kurt's imagination is even wilder: there is a red fox engraved on one side and an ocelot on the other. We are already tuning up for the spring 'ought 11 "stand".
