It's 1 1/2" dac x 2 5/8" dah x 14 1/4" to the front trigger. A little short for me, but very shootable. BTW, 5lbs 14oz.

Yes, someone customized it down in the southeast and it had some problems I've addressed to make it acceptable. One was a factory bored choke that was crooked to the bore. Another was that it was loose and off face. I've addressed both. But the bores are rough which affects pattern a bit.

That IS a beautiful little gun. If you ever find it doesn't fit you that well put me at the top of the list for potential buyers!
A few weeks ago, I brought up this thread about the .410 and hunting... I returned last night from a quail trip in AZ. My father-in-law gave me a model 42 in MOD. I had a great time shooting it. Maybe missed a few that I could have otherwise gotten, but didn't loose one cripple. I don't believe I will give up the 28, but this is a fun change up.
