Update:
I was able to make it to the Beretta Gallery in Midtown last night just before closing. The beauty and romance of the place faded quickly. They had as many standard off the rack guns as any Cabelas or other mass merchandiser. No consignment or vintage guns. Every single gun in the entire store had a 14 5/8" length of pull. When I asked how I could get a longer LOP gun I was told it was only offered on $100k plus guns with a 2 year wait.
I regret I didn't have the time to visit G&H and H&H while I was here. I'll be heading to both next month when I return.
