Joe, The last batch I bought was from Post, TX. apparently the soil conditions were such that there was little if any oxidation, hence the great shot condition. They were traveling up I-44 and made a drop shipment at my sons warehouse where the fork lift came in mighty handy. The lead was in 55 gallon drums and I had to supply my own containers. Coincidentally a large GI ammo box (.308) will hold 100 pounds and small ammo boxes (.223)will hold 50 pounds. Price was $1.10 per pound plus a small delivery charge. I'm not sure where they're mining now.
