Many thanks for the warm welcome.I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Crawford on several occasions up until around 2001. I then lost track of him and wonder how he is presently doing.Anyone know,by chance? As far as Scott's go,I picked up a early hammer Premier (1875) several years ago with a bulged right barrel,and sent it off to John Foster in England for sleeving,who did a beautiful job on it.I believe he posts on this website,also.Anyway,thanks again and I'll try to post some pictures of my Premiers.
