Mr. Hughes is definitely correct about the barrel straightening machine, the one with the ship's wheel in the foreground left. Plainly seen is one of the hooks above that the barrel fits into, as well as bit of the other at the edge of the frame. Between them you can see the square ram protruding from the housing on the axis of the wheel. Notice that it is pointed at a windowed wall?

I also agree that the machine behind it is a sine bar rifling machine, but I don't recall seeing one with a horizontal sine bar. I would love to have a good look at it. The only other thing I think it might be is a taper/ profile guide part of a tracing lathe. Still, almost for sure a rifling machine.

I will go out on a limb and say that what can be seen in the lower right corner of the frame, foreground, is a barrel drill. What we can see is the top of the far end, with the rest of it out of the frame extending towards the camera.
