Don, do you mean to imply that in 120 years, we haven't figured out which guns are of what quality? I guess the assumption may be that, although Reilly (or whatever brand) is a great gun, but no one has figured it out yet? What about the value of a sidelock of a certain make that is NOT "stocked to the fences" versus the value of a sidelock of the same make and degree of finish that IS "stocked to the fences".
