I emailed Arrieta for a catalog of spare parts explaining that i wanted a extra firing pin and possibly a gun case label. After not having gotten a repy in a weeks time i was a little miffed. Then I went to my mailbox and there was an elvelope from Spain sitting there with a leather Arrieta trade label and a firing pin/striker alng with a note explaining that it was their pleasure to provide me these prodicts at no charge.

Wow, can't complain about their customer service is an understatement. My email clearly stated that I wished to purchase these items and was very happy with my Arrieta (Orvis Uplander model) so it's not as if they were satiating an angry customer.
