The engraving vine motif is similar to that used by Kornbrath and other Ferlach and German engravers. I think it was called black leaf. From the Miller trigger, engraving style, stock style, and checkering pattern, I'd say the gun was finished up in the U.S.

JF marking is probably barrels by Jean Falla. Very productive and common barrel maker of the highest class.
