I've never seen one. Possibly it's because jug choking is usually a last desparate attempt to put any choke effect possible into a gun that had been bored cylinder. Kind of a 'whatever you can get'. I've never had one done and would rather just have a soldered in sleeve that would allow for any choke amount desired.
