and looking for a decent load to run through my sxs.
In short, I'm shooting trap with a 12 ga Simson proofed 10/79, and I'm just about through a flat of Remington Game Loads. I'd like to find a decent target-type load using those hulls to send 1 oz. or 7/8 oz. (or even 3/4 oz.) of 7 1/2s (lead) downrange with mild to moderate recoil and relatively minimal expense. Nothing complicated, nothing exotic, nothing funky, b/c I've never reloaded any ammo and want to K.I.S.S.
Anyone have any decent loads to recommend?
