The Amoskeag Model 54 shows both left and right handed pictures, one obviously reversed. However, nothing in the description shows any reference to a left handed gun. I suspect the Model 54 is very right handed.

PhysDoc, thanks for the link, definitely good for a laugh especially looking at the price. I could hardly restrain myself reaching for the checkbook! Think I'll pass on that one as on so many others. Somewhere in this world, among the many M-Ns, there are a few that were done well. Unfortunately there are many, many like the above, and worse! A lot of people tried to make the silk purse out of a sow's ear, most wound up with the sow's a**. I may not succeed in finding a good one, but fun trying. Just something different.

You are right, they use the same picture for items 42 and 43, 43 is a left-handed conversion of an 1903 Springfield, item 42 is a nicely done right-handed Winchester Model 54.
