I had JES Reboring do a 303 Martini sporter bbl out to 35cal on a 303 case. Excellent work to my eye and the turn around was 2 weeks. Had that done about a year ago, maybe a little more.
He only needed the bbl sent to him for the work. I took the full length rib off to make it easier to work on which he said he appreciated but could have done it w/o. It needed to be relayed anyway.
I had Clearwater (Jim DuBell) do a couple of rebore jobs on revolver bbls for me and the work was excellent. The turnaround was much slower (6/8 months) but that is a common time frame in that part of the trade from what I can gather.
