The fourth edition of the German loading manual "Viederladen" (year 2000) has five loads listed, one of which is 34.5 grains of IMR4064, Rem 9-1/2 primer, and a 196 grain .318" diameter bullet seated to an overall length of 76 mm. This gives 595 meters per second (barrel length not specified) and is listed as "max" pressure, elsewhere stated to be 2200 bar. Seems a bit on the hot side to me, but at least it's a data point with an American powder.
