You gotta go there and grab the curator by the lapels and shake him a bit!! There was a time the Parker Bros. Invincibles sat in the TR room undusted and unloved!! That is a great Syracuse Arms Co. Pigeon Gun and deserves far better representation. Of course Syracuse Arms Co. doesn't have a collectors organization that donates ten grand at a pop to the NRA like the Brothers P.

Model 21,

If I may ask ... did you buy this gun at an acution (Hourst ??) in PA in December ?? If so you can thank me for either "paying that much" or "getting it that cheap" ..... I was on the gun to 1150 (if memory serves me well)!?!?

Tom,

You do know how that "live bird" Syracuse affects me .... lol !!!

Be Safe All, Jimmy B.

That NRA "link" is not a link. Maybe someone could convert it into a link. The curator is available by phone if you want a gun description to be changed. I haven't tried it, but I would like to hear if a phone call could get it done. By the way, Researcher, the Invincible Parkers are still in the same place and under the same lighting they always have been. The Petersen Room, in contrast, is just wonderful. The Invincibles should be moved into the Petersen Room, since Robert Petersen donated them to the NFM.

I bought it at a Morphy auction. It hammered for $1000 plus buyer's premium & shipping = $1170
