B&P pressure chart I shoot them regularly, but I don't have any guns that can't handle modern loads. I particularly like their High Phez and Comp One loads (esp. the 7/8 oz). They only offer one 16 ga cartridge and it is a little much for my 6lb gun. The 28 ga Extra Rossas (1280fps 3/4 oz) are about as hot as I like but I have found I can shoot 100 rounds of skeet out of light sxs without any problems - I think their Gordon wad provides some recoil management (nothing other than my personal experience to back that up, though).
