Mark; That looks good and it's borderless part I like the most, borders at least to me, give gunstock carving / painting that "glued on" out of place look. I have carved a bear on a rifle stock sans border and it looks not bad. Since it was an experiment on my part I've been debating also painting it and then covering it over with clear poly "whatever" to make the stock smooth again but with a "picture" with some depth on / in the stock. Seeing how your painting looks I think I'll continue with the "plan", just to see the effect. ---John Can.
