jones: this was an attempt to duplicate early parker bright case colors. very few early parkers exist with bright colors, so it is understandable that you do not appreciate what you are seeing here.
Ed I have about quite a few (ie over 10) Parker guns that are 90% or better condition and yes one is new in the box. Many Parker collectors have seen some of the guns and all consider them great as far as condition goes. And you saying that few Parkers exsit is not true and I do appreciate what I am seeing and your colors are some of the poorest examples that I have ever seen.....
