Roundsworth Sidelock Joined: May 2010 Posts: 279 Likes: 9 NE Minnesota	The term 'striking' refers to the final shaping of the barrel exterior. Draw filing is a major part of the process. Sometimes the draw filing marks are visible when the barrels are held to a light, especially adjacent to the ribs. Someone with more extensive knowledge and/or experience will be along shortly.
