There has been more than one instance where Wind River had failed to make good on guns that were sent to them and or money sent for barrels to be made. People have waited a lng time and after guns or money is sent, they refuse to answer emails or phone calls.
I would read the above article and others before ever sending anything to them and now would never even think of doing so. Their record is tainted and hopefully the people involved will get their guns/money back.
