Wind River rebarred a Winchester 1873 and did some other work on the gun. The quality of the work was good. However, it took two years of phone calls and e-mail before getting my gun back. When the gun was finally returned it was missing screws and some of the work I paid for was not completed. I returned the gun and it was another three months before getting my gun back. It again took numerous calls. They charged my credit card twice. I called them and asked to have the charges corrected. They never did and I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Be very cautious using them.
