I'll have more info when I get home this eve, but I don't think the lower screw in the triggerplate to be original. It wouldn't hurt to wipe the dreiläufer pretty aggressive with oil and a rag. There are a few marks below the 7.7mm 57 that might point to a craftsmen or maybe a date. It was brought to my attention that the scattergun chambers are 65mm or 2 1/2" length and also I didn't note but there are several 8x57 variants like the 8x57R360, which is a favorite of mine. A chamber cast of wax or Cerrosafe will yield the culprit.
