take a look at gunbroker item # 246458849. this otherwise nice parker vh shotgun appears to have had it's receiver put through the fires of hell? some idiot appears to have attempted to restore the receiver case colors via a high heat, bone charcoal process, that among other questionable practices, requires that the receiver metal be heated to 1400 or more degrees fahrenheit! obviously, the original factory heat treating of the receiver metal has been forever destroyed! hopefully, the maniac who did this work got lucky and was able to correctly retemper the metal somewhat, so the receiver does not crack on firing or worse...madness...

I would bid on some of your guns if you had not destroyed their value with your tourch.

Please stop tourching guns to make a profit.

Also, look at your keyboard and find the Shift key. Then use it!

I will forgive you for not being able to recoginize cynaide case colors, so this gun didnt see any heat like you talked about. But you are an idiot for trying to come on here to justify your bad practice by showing others attempt to add color to a frame.

Just stop with the nonsense!
