guess not? anyway, i just read in one of ed muderlak's books that remington did try to duplicate parker's hardening and coloring processes, but gave it up in favor of the cyanide chemical process. they probably also gave that up too, when everybody in the room suddenly died? old ed told me he knew a guy in mass who did kill himself trying to harden and color using cyanide.
