That shotgun if done at Fulton most likely was a "lunch box special" the engraving is unlike any seen, and could have been done like that to be different. It looks like it was a 00 Grade, plus the serial numbers never started off as CO, and 594 is not listed.

I'm just guessing, but I'll bet the engraver didn't go on to become famous.
