The action screws, as well as the ends of the hinge pin were typically engraved on original Parker Bros. A-1 Special (Grade 8) guns. As you know, you never say never when it comes to Parkers. Parker Bros. was a very customer conscious and oriented company, they would build them as the buyer wanted them, if an A-1 buyer would like his action screws and hinge pin to be sans the engraving, they would accomodate him.
