A couple things to be aware of so you're not deterred in looking at the auction gun--
1) Production of the Skeet Special ended in 1944, when it was replaced by the Premier Skeet, so don't be mislead by a serial number question,
2)As is true of all grades that Hunter produced, you could have it "any way you want it". I've probably seen more Skeet Specials choked other than Sk/Sk than the standard offering,
3)There are instances of Skeet Specials with barrel lengths other than 26,27, and 28 inches-- for example I have a lettered 30" gun.
