I can't believe I am saying this but.....You know what Ed, you're right!
If a customer is happy with one of your shitty torch jobs and knows that it is nowhere close to the correct way a firearm is case colored, then I guess there is nothing wrong with it.
On the other hand if he is one of the unsuspecting newbies that you snag on GB with the afore mentioned shitty torch job, then there is something wrong with the practice.
Not to mention you have forever ruined that firearm.

pre: are they still using mercury for your treatments? have you tried turpentine, but in small doses?

You know Ed, I am guessing you lead a pretty boring life. You obviously crave attention whether it's positive or negative. You were probably the kid in school that had the shit kicked out of him every day by the older kids. The problem is that was the only attention you received so you kept going back for more. The only way you could be part of the "in crowd" was to make yourself available as their punching bag.
I'm no shrink, but I am willing to bet you have some serious mental instability. You should really seek professional help.
