Without that, EPIC was a shooting event with shooting vendors where the shooters couldn't shoot. And the rest was a bit of a sideshow.
Daryl, I think you cut right to the bone on "Epic" based on what I've heard and read. I would never shoot steel in any of the five guns that I shot at the Vintage Cup and even if it had been held on a different weekend I would not have attended. Their "business model" was flawed from the beginning.
By the way, I enjoyed visiting with you for a little while at Pintail Point. I'm the South Carolinian who met you at Sandanona last year, the Southern and the Vintage Cup. Hopefully, you can get down to the Fall Southern later this month - I think it's going to be a great weekend.
