At the risk of being redundant I'll ask again ...doe's anyone out there have any info on a G.Willis london/birmingham gunmaker ?, I came across a 12 bore hammer gun a while back, the gun has damascus bbls , top rib marked with the maker's name and address and triple wedge bolt ,the gun is nicely engraved under all the grime it's a massive project that I may never complete...but I would really appreciate more info if anyone has it . Thank's

I have Thomas Willis 80 Loveday ST 1873-1877 . 3 Russell St 1878-1892 .George Willis New Buildings 1898-1925. New Buildings 63 Price Street were built/occupied in 1863 as near as any one could find out in the late 70's when they were being surveyed prior to the renovation of the area.

Newf, This is a good start but you know that folks going to want to see pictures of the water table and barrel flats. Where are they? BTW I see you're planning on becoming a woodcarver. Steve
