My limited experience with the PA store matches many of the previous comments. There are one or two knowledgable guys who really run the Gun Library, and then there are the "Cabelas guy" who are at about Walmart level. I bought my Fabarms from the counter guys, and =it had an issue on the first day I shot it. I called up the store and they gave me to the the guy at the Gun Library, and he said come back and exchange it, I drove all the way up to the store (3-1/2 hours from my house) and then got a very rude run arround from "Walmart counter manager" because the Gun Library guy was not there. Needless to say after I was treated rather badly by the guy, I've not bought another gun from them... I had to send it off the H&K for warrenty work...
