Larry, I think the key word there is "if". Why should we have to take a chance on the right guy being there when we stop in? If I ran my business that way, I'd be OUTA business! Regarding trade ins: they had a gun on the rack just like the one I brought to trade, not as nice as mine, and it was MORE than twice what they offered me.
I'm glad you've had good experiences. They're OK on regular stuff, and interestingly, their fishing guys seem to be fairly knowledgeable and treat one pretty well. Like I said, if I dropped in and they had a gun I really wanted at a decent price I'd buy it, but I'm not gonna go out of my way. Too much trouble!
