Your gun was made by W.&C.Scott,Birmingham using the Purdey patent action.The 3019 # could well be a patent use number[ie: denotes patent use and royalty paid].
The castle mark is W.& C.Scott,s trade mark.It was applied to guns of their manufacture.
13 is the bore size of the barrel so marked at time of proof.[The gun is however a 12 gauge and will be chambered accordingly]
4369 is the serial number of the gun.Because this gun was made for sale by others, the serial number is unlikely to relate to Scotts recorded serial number sequence.The number was likely specified by Butler.
The gun was high grade and may well justify restoration.
