Your gun was made by W.&C.Scott,Birmingham using the Purdey patent action.The 3019 # could well be a patent use number[ie: denotes patent use and royalty paid].
The castle mark is W.&C.Scott,s trade mark.It was applied to guns of their manufacture.
13 is the bore size of the barrel so marked at time of proof.[The gun is however a 12 gauge and will be chambered accordingly]
The gun was high grade gun and may well justify restoration.


Only one small obstacle in it's way....it's finished value won't cover the cost of restoration.
