Ken Hurst is one darn fine Southern gentleman, and the recent loss of his dear wife should concern us all, instead of "petty bitchery" about the quality of his work. In past years I have sold Ken LC Smith lockplates and other parts, he paid my asking price without a "haggle", called me to advise they had been received and were 'as described" and I hold him in the same high regard as a craftsman, gentleman and friend as I do Buck Hamlin and Freddie Brunner-
