Doug...any rebuttal?

I had a circa 1909 #3 with setter, pointer and grouse engraved that actually looked like they should...I have seen and own some Ithaca guns that look as poor as Parkers engraving though too.

My first double was a Flues Field grade 16ga....it was made in 1924 and locked up as tight as any gun I have ever held.

And I do not think anyone put better wood for the price on guns than Ithaca...and I stand behind the decision to use black walnut as well, they put out a lot of amazing wood.
