We're trying too, but certain members here contribute nothing to the discussion. We're trying to figure out a way to eliminate them from this Board so we CAN only discuss shotguns. Do you get it now??

how about we ignore all threads and posts not pertaining to double guns? also, send a private message to poster telling him what you think...and finally if you like, notify post to dave for his info.

Sounds Good- but don't forget- we also have a single shot and classic rifle sector, we can discuss over and unders and drillings, German and Austrian guns- so shotguns- yes- first call goes to that, but if we exclude the other great gun related sectors Dave has set up for us, we really stand to lose a great deal-- What is Ed's "Alter Ego" anyway- Johnny B. Goode?? Just wondering.

Nothing wrong with the "Ignore" button. Works 100% for me.
Dave did banish Ed for a month, and it was nice here, but it did not seem to get through to Ed.
Perhaps if we all had Ed on "ignore" things might get better too, and folks will not rise to his baiting.
Refresh us on the use of the ignore button, please, someone.

To invoke the "Ignore" feature:
With your mouse, LEFT click on the individual's name or internet handle.
Click on "View profile".
Click on "Ignore this user".
I have used this feature even back on the "old board" on two characters - provocateurs.
If someone you have "Ignored" starts an article - just shun him/her.

It will iron out and calm down. You should have seen this place 13-14 years ago (damn, has it been that long???) when it really was wild and crazy.
