Get ready for a bit of winter down there in Kansas. We just had another storm go through here and it is moving south.
Tell Daryl to give me a call when he gets back to Bozeman.
Good luck and safe shooting.

First day after action report: COLD! Seeing lots of birds, Amarillo Mike limited out, Chuck H killed 3 with his favorite .410. Everyone got some shooting and killed a few. Joe Wood was packing a Parker 10 bore hammer gun, filling the sky with smoke..Then took a fall, sprained an ankle and is prolly out of the lineup. Right now -6 outdoors..We saw 2 flocks of prairie chickens 60-70 birds per flock but couldnt get under them..Grand sight....Chuck H will be posting pics later...

Nothing wrong with a little cold. Sometimes it can make the birds sit tighter. Good luck guys and get some pics posted!

Prairie chickens! Remember them as a kid in 1940 when my RCAF father was instructing in Saskatchewan and hunting where it seemed prairie chickens were everywhere. Good to hear they're still around in numbers.
