A poster just made a derogatory comment indicating that he thought the decoration seemed "amateurish". He thought better of it and deleted his post. My reply was refused because the post I was "replying to" was deleted while I was typing. Weird set of circumstances. However, I think the gun shows good layout and the quality of decoration is in keeping with the character of the gun. The builder shows good knowledge of proportion, layout, and has a heck of a good sense of humor. I think the galled trigger plate screw may have been part of the original plan. Juglans Regia, no less! This gun will be gone, quickly, if the reserve is not out of line.
