Lennart; Thanks, that is the law i was referring to. Didn't recall the date or where to find it. Just knew I had read about it. Early US house catalogs (Sears etc) are full of imported shotguns have their bbls described as "Damascus Finish" etc. These guns are always lower priced than those described as "Genuine Damascus" or even "Genuine Twist". Funny so many people think one of these is OK with even the heaviest loaded factory shells while wouldn't shoot a quality built damascus with even black powder.
