$800 for the Savage Fox Model B, with box and papers.
Used to bring a bit higher but times are tough.

The Model B has dougle triggers

The single trigger gun is a BS with no ejectors

The one below is a BSE , single trigger and ejectors

My gawd those things are ugly! Is that a pigs face engraved on the bottom of the frame? I should have known better than to stare at it too long, now I have a headache and feel nauseous sick.

I have always wondered if someone could take one of those butt ugly "Fox" .410's and do some sculpting of the action and some refitting and come up with a lot more attractive gun. You would have to remove a lot of metal from the frame so you would really have to know what you were doing....

I never have liked the Savage/Stevens/"Fox" .410 doubles. Too clunky for my taste. I know .410s bring a premium, but I bought a Nitro Special .410 in great shape a couple of weeks ago for $400. I don't think the Fox JMB501 is asking about is near the gun. Still probably worth $600 to the right buyer though...Geo
